Wizard Electronics is based in Harwich. We have over 30 years experience in repairing a wide range of electronic devices, covering Clacton, Colchester, Harwich and surrounding areas. Our Engineers are trained to City & Guilds 224 TV and Radio servicing standards. We offer a mobile service and work out of a workshop, appointments made are usually to your home or business premises. - Be polite, honest and courteous to the customer at all times.
- Give a reasonable honest quotation and time frame on the work commencing.
- Advise the customer in advance of any call-out fees (if applicable).
- Return your telephone calls or emails in a timely manner.
- Keep to agreed appointment times and dates (calling the customer in advance of any issues relating to the appointment)
- Treat the customer and their property with the upmost respect at all times.
- In the event of any complaints we will deal with these in a prompt and professional manner.
